Mr. Zoran B. Ilić

Zoran Ilic Msc, Licensed authorized auditor, born in Pančevo in 1978. He finished primary and secondary school in his native Kovin.

He graduated from the Higher Business School in Belgrade in 1999, and earned the title of Economist at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac in 2004. He defended his master's thesis entitled "Optimal structure of a commercial bank's securities portfolio" in 2011 at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. He enrolled in doctoral studies in 2018 at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, where he is currently in the process of applying for a doctoral dissertation. Since 2005, he has been employed at the Audit company ECOVIS FinAudit doo Belgrade.

He is an cort expert in the economic and financial field, registered in the Register of Experts at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia. He holds the license of an authorized auditor from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the license of an authorized public accountant from the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia.

So far, he has published 6 scientific papers in domestic journals independently or as a co-author. His area of professional interest relates to auditing, accounting and tax consulting, assessment and valuation of assets and capital, as well as improving the business operations of companies.

He is a member of the Chamber of Authorized Auditors of the Republic of Serbia, the Association of Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Serbia and the Association of Agricultural Economists of Serbia (SAAE).

He speaks English. He is married and has two children.
