Education:

Graduated from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, Department of Tourism Sciences, University of Belgrade, in 1986. Completed his master's studies and defended his master's thesis at the Faculty of International Management in Belgrade in 1997. At the Faculty of International Management in Belgrade, he defended his doctoral dissertation under the title: "The process of making and implementing decisions in management - a comparative approach", in 1999.

Professional experience:

Since 1985, employed at the Institute for International Management in Belgrade as a researcher. In the period from 1994 to 2001, he was employed at the
Faculty of International Management in Belgrade, first as an assistant and from 1999 as an assistant professor. Since 2001, he has been employed at the European University, Faculty of European Business and Marketing as an associate professor, and since 2006, a full professor for the narrower scientific field of management and business. From September
2023. employed at the Institute for Agricultural Economics in Belgrade, as a research associate.

Scientific and professional activity:

Scientific - research work is primarily focused on the field of management and business, decision-making and leadership, human resource management, rural development, agribusiness and tourism. As an author and co-author, he has published several bibliographic units and is a participant in a large number of scientific meetings in the country and abroad.
Membership in professional associations: He is a member of the Serbian Association of Agrarian Economists (SAAE).
Other: Speaks English. It cooperates with a large number of scientific research and higher education institutions from the country and abroad.
